Acceptance of These Terms of Service applies to all users of SharingDoctors.com (the "Site"), including users who are also contributors ("Submitters") of content, information, and other materials on, or made available through, the Site.

Use of the site in any way signifies your assent to these terms of service and to the Site privacy policy.

SharingDoctors.com, LLC ("We" or "SharingDoctors") may change or end certain or any of its services (the "Services"), for any reason, and without notice, to better serve the needs of the site and its users. We may also change the Terms of Service as needed. Users should occasionally review the Terms of Service to stay up to date.

Third Party Content is Available on SharingDoctors.com. This site contains materials and links to files, in a variety of formats ("Submissions"), shared by by Submitters who are not affiliated with SharingDoctors.com, LLC in any way. SharingDoctors cannot screen all Submissions and some may contain material or links to files that some people find inappropriate, or offensive. We do not assume any responsibility for Submissions on, or otherwise linked to, the Site.

Further, users of the site are responsible to verify the accuracy of any information contained in presentations or other material on the site. Users of the site agree to hold harmless SharingDoctors.com, LLC for any damage resulting from the use of Site Content.
Site Access is granted to users, given the following:

Use of the Site is for personal, professional or peer-educational reasons, and material shared is not pornographic, abusive or violent. We understand that medicine involves much of the human body. We welcome graphics, diagrams, photos and other images as part of shared content. Please avoid uploading material that would be offensive to a reasonable medical doctor.
Spam or other promotional material is not permitted. Those desiring to share promotional material should contact admin@sharingdoctors.com to become a sponsor.
Users do not alter or modify any part of the Site.
Users abide by the Terms of Service.

In order to upload and download content, as well as to use other key site elements, users must create a user account. This account is personal and things posted by this account will reflect on your professionalism, competence and personal judgment and discretion. NEVER allow another person to access your SharingDoctors account. Account setup is free and there is no reason your associates cannot create their own. Unless…

User account information must be accurate. If you suspect a user is not who they say they are, notify admin@sharingdoctors.com immediately and we’ll check them out.

Users must never use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," "offline readers," etc., that accesses the Site in a manner that accesses the SharingDoctors servers more than a human can. SharingDoctors does grant public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials.

Users also agree not to use any personal information learned by using the Site for any solicitation.
Sponsored content, or advertising, is a key part of the site. It is designed and intended to compliment the user experience. Users are not entitled to compensation or a share in any advertising or sponsorship revenue received by the Site.
Copyright Infringement is wrong, and SharingDoctors responds to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act.
SharingDoctors does not tolerate copyright or intellectual property rights infringement, and will remove any Submission if properly notified that it infringes on another's intellectual property rights. SharingDoctors reserves the right to remove Submissions without prior notice.
SharingDoctors will also terminate a User's access to its Site, if they are determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a User who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or has had a Submission removed from the Site more than twice.
SharingDoctors also reserves the right to decide whether any Submission is appropriate and complies with these Terms of Service for violations other than copyright infringement and violations of intellectual property law, such as, but not limited to, pornography, obscene or defamatory material, or excessive length. SharingDoctors may remove such Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
Trademarks may be part of your user name IF you either own them or have permission to use them. If we receive complaints from a trademark owner about your user name, we may ask you to change it in order to continue to use the Site.
Intellectual Property Rights should be respected by all site users. SharingDoctors.com is an information sharing site and users give their content freely to their peers.
When creating presentations remember to get permission to use material others have generated when possible. Be sure to give credit where credit is due. If you download any SharingDoctors Content or Submissions you must retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein.
When using a presentation, NEVER publish it, present it at a conference or forum, or include it in a book or other medium without the express permission of its creator and ALWAYS give credit to the person who created it, just as you would want them to do for you.

The content of the Site ("SharingDoctors Content"), other than the Submissions shared by users, and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein ("Marks"), are owned by or licensed to SharingDoctors.com, LLC. The appropriate United States and foreign laws apply.

Users agree not to circumvent or interfere with security features of the Site that restrict use or copying of any SharingDoctors Content or Submissions, or enforce limitations on use of the Site or the SharingDoctors Content or Submissions.

Submissions are not guaranteed by SharingDoctors.com to be kept secure or confidential. Because we are a sharing Site, material uploaded by users is shared with users.
Users are responsible for the content and the consequences of what they post. By uploading content to SharingDoctors.com you represent that:

You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize SharingDoctors to use all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights in and to any and all Submissions to enable inclusion and use of the Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Site and these Terms of Service.
You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the Submission to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of the Submissions in the manner contemplated by the Site and these Terms of Service.

The Terms of Service do not change the rights Submitters may have. Users grant SharingDoctors and other users permission to use, copy, distribute, reformat, and present the Submissions in connection with the Site and SharingDoctors's business, including promoting the Site.

Users promise that they will not:

Upload to or make available via the Site any Submission containing material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant SharingDoctors all of the license rights granted herein.
Publish falsehoods or misrepresentations that could damage SharingDoctors or any third party;
Submit material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Post advertisements.
Impersonate another person. SharingDoctors does not endorse any Submission or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and SharingDoctors expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with Submissions.

Personal injury or property damage
Unauthorized access to our servers
Site downtime
Malicious programs, viruses, etc. transmitted through or linked to this site or by any third party
Errors, loss or omissions made by SharingDoctors

SharingDoctors does not endorse or assume responsibility for any product or service presented by sponsors or advertisers on the Site.

The Site is operated by SharingDoctors in the United States of America. SharingDoctors makes no representations that the Site Content is appropriate for use in outside the United States. Those who access or use the Site from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk.
Indemnity: Users will defend, indemnify and hold harmless SharingDoctors.com, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

use of the Site.
violation of the Terms of Service.
violation of copyright, property, or privacy right.
any of damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms of Service and your use of the Site.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service: You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Site is not intended for children under 13.
In General, SharingDoctors.com, LLC reserves the right to assign all rights and licenses under these Terms without restriction, but does not grant the same to Users.

SharingDoctors.com, LLC will not be held liable for delays or failures resulting from any cause at all.

The laws of the State of Arizona will govern these terms and will be used to interpret their intent, regardless of the jurisdiction in which a User may be. However, if there is a conflict with the laws of your state, and a judge or other competent jurisdictional authority finds any part of the Terms to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms will continue to be in effect.

These Terms of constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Site and any Services provided or offered by SharingDoctors. No waiver of any term of this these Terms of Service shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and SharingDoctors's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Your use of the Site following any amendment of these Terms of Service will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
